SAP America schedules hundreds of classes each year at its own facilities, customer facilities and third party facilities. SAP recognizes that it does not always have the resources or expertise to teach the classes which it has scheduled. Rather than postpone or cancel classes, SAP America relies on strategic partners to provide senior instructors to fill this demand.
The Solution
Integrated Business Consulting has a large pool of senior instructors which deliver in classroom training. IBC’s instructors are experts in SAP ERP, BW, SCM, CRM and more. In 2007, IBC was identified as the preferred training partner of SAP America Education in recognition of their integrity and high standards in SAP training delivery. This partnership with SAP America has been created in response to the demand for endorsed training from SAP’s customer base in America.
The Results
Integrated Business Consulting has become the “go to” organization for SAP to meet their ever changing demand. On average, IBC teaches over 750 teach days per year for SAP which translates into over 250 different classes and almost 5,000 SAP project team members each and every year.
